In
1948, Alain Llug was born in Oran, Algeria where he attended the
Art et Metiers’ du Delis. Laater, in Marseilles, he studied
at the Ecole des Beaux Arts. Provence is his subject matter and
his singular style is executed using only four palette knives
of different style and size. His award-winning works have been
exhibited throughout Europe and North America since 1964.
