Born
in Cabra, Spain in 1934, Benito Cruz Mesa is descended from a
long line of painters and designers. He studied at the Beaux Arts
in Cordoba and later, at the Madrid Beaux Arts School. The recipient
of numerous awards for his traditional work in still life and
landscape, Cruz has exhibited in Spain, Japan, North America,
South America, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. His paintings reside
in private and corporate collections alike.
